We have taken a
different approach in our selection of the
service providers in which we have created
outstanding relationships with for our clients;
most “solutions providers” (like All Things
Telecom) claim to partner with just about
every provider under the sun.
You may notice
that we only focus on a select few service
providers (AT&T
Corporation, Nuvox Communications,
Qwest Communications,
Sprint Corporation
and
XO Communications)
Our main focus is making sure we can deliver
choice solutions for your business; therefore we
feel there is no way to keep educated and
knowledgeable with all providers and their
products if we spend time focusing on 10 or 12
different providers.
We are
professionals in business, experts in
telecommunications & data and deliver the
highest levels of support and customer service.
We focus on these select providers so in turn,
our clients know we always deliver on the
promises we make.
We will never
tell you that “if you allow us to handle the
process of choosing a service provider with you,
things are going to be smooth and the service
providers will “do what we say” because we know
the right ways to get things done and you don’t”.
There is nothing further from the truth.
However, what
is true is instead of you dealing with the
issues and coordinating between your phone
system vendor, data vendor, service provider and
anyone else who needs to be involved, we do that
for you, sometimes it is an easy process and
sometimes it is not, but that is why we are
here.
All Things
Telecom is a forward thinking company and
recognizes the ever changing world of technology
which incorporates telecommunications. We stay
educated and allow ourselves to change with the
technology and pass this knowledge to our
clients while acting as a liaison between our
customers and our service providers.
This knowledge
is also part of our decision to partner with

because we understand that although there were
many different providers for you to choose after
the telecommunications act of 1996; many have
since faded and their customer base and/or
facilities have been acquired by our select
providers.
There is no
solution whether it is (1)
Plain Old
Telephone Service line,
(POTS)
and 3
employees, or a 200 location
Multi
Protocol Label Switching
(MPLS) Network
in which
we are not able to deliver to our clients
through our relationships and partnerships with
our select providers.
By not
spreading ourselves thin and trying to cover
partnerships with every provider in the country,
we are able to focus our efforts on building the
strongest relationships, highest education of
products and services, and bringing a Total
Solution to our client’s every time!
